Middletown Nissan is looking for an Automotive Sales Consultant who will take customers from start to finish with their vehicle purchasing experience. We are looking for candidates to join our team. No experience needed, will provide training on site. Job Responsibilities (this is not an all-inclusive list): Providing

OUTSTANING

customer service to all customers Follow up on sales leads via phone call, text, email, etc. Work with Sales Managers and Finance Managers to ensure that sales goals are met Negotiate prices with customers Have complete knowledge of all of our products, and be able to present the product to the customer in a comprehensive manner Accompany customers on test drives Be an active participant in reaching personal and team sales goals Demonstrate vehicle aspects, functions, and features to customers in an enticing manner

customer service skills Spanish speaking a plus Experience with CRM is a plus Basic knowledge of financing and basic math skills Computer, email, and internet proficiency Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills Ability to gather and interpret data Attention to detail Valid driver's license Strong work ethic Professional work appearance and attitude Positive and outgoing personality and attitude
