We provide eyecare and have a curated collection of beautiful, high-quality eyewear — and we're looking for an Optician or Optical Sales Associate who's as passionate about great glasses as we are. Who You Are You're someone who lights up when you find the perfect frame for a patient. You understand that glasses are both a medical device and a personal statement, and you bring the expertise and enthusiasm to honor both. You're as comfortable explaining lens options as you are adjusting a frame for a flawless fit — and your patients leave feeling like they're in good hands. More specifically, you are: Warm, patient-focused, and genuinely passionate about exceeding expectations A confident communicator who can make complex prescription terminology easy to understand Detail-oriented and thorough, with a keen eye for accuracy and quality Adaptable and collaborative, with a positive attitude in a fast-moving environment A lifelong learner who embraces new products, techniques, and challenges What You'll Do Patient Care & Sales Help patients choose the best frames and lenses based on their prescription, face fit, personal style, and lifestyle Confidently explain prescription terminology, lens options, and product recommendations Fit and adjust glasses to ensure flawless accuracy and exceptional comfort — our optical manager will train you on the technical side Optical Operations Help select and curate frames for our inventory — we carry fun, distinctive collections that are genuinely a joy to work with Place and track orders, verify and bill insurance, and communicate with labs and patients to ensure smooth, timely service Collaborate with the team to continuously improve sales practices, efficiency, and patient experience Experience & Qualifications ABO Certification and/or optician licensure are major pluses, but are not required. We already have the technical expertise on our team — what we need most is a rockstar sales consultant who is enthusiastic about eyewear and committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience. If you don't have experience, you'll be expected to learn the technical side (adjustments, fittings, verification) with guidance from our optical manager, so a genuine eagerness to grow your optical knowledge is a must. If you have a strong sales and/or optical background and a passion for eyewear, we'd love to hear from you.
