Job Description
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming sales calls, texts and emails to schedule appointments. Also make outbound calls, email and texts for sales related questions.Requirements:
- 2 years in a high volume automotive sales BDC
- Proven experience in cold calling, customer service, or sales roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using software applications for data entry and customer management
- Knowledge of automotive sales industry is a plus If you are a motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$60,000.00- $65,000.
