Greet customers and assess their needs. Provide information about different vehicle models, features, and pricing. Offer test drives and explain vehicle technology, performance, and benefits. Stay up to date on the latest models, trims, and technology. Guide customers through the buying process. Participate in training and sales meetings. Ensure client follow-up using customer management system.
Keys To Success:
Effective communication and people skills Excellent organizational and time management skills A cheerful outlook and a strong work ethic Previous auto sales or customer service experience is a PLUS but not required. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Desire to grow and advance in a supportive team environment.
