Mentally Tough All-In Uplifting Culture Remarkable Service Overdrive Benefits Industry-leading competitive pay plans — we grow, you grow Performance bonus plans Full medical benefits (health, dental, and vision) PTO up to 3 weeks per year Sick leave 401(k) with up to $5,000 dollar-for-dollar match per year Industry-leading training — live onsite, offsite, and virtual Employee discounts on sales, service, and parts Key Responsibilities Engage with potential sellers to acquire pre-owned vehicles through in-person visits, online inquiries, and phone calls Accurately appraise vehicles based on current market conditions and dealership standards Build rapport with customers to create a positive, transparent selling experience Collaborate with sales and inventory teams to ensure smooth vehicle intake Maintain accurate records of appraisals, purchases, and customer interactions Meet or exceed vehicle acquisition goals and performance metrics Qualifications Previous experience in automotive or a related customer-facing role Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively Ability to assess vehicle condition — body, cosmetic, and mechanical Highly coachable with a growth mindset and willingness to learn Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Valid driver's license and clean driving record
