Salary:

$50,000 - $55,000 + Benefits Our client, a growing manufacturing company local to Norwich, CT, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This is a fully onsite position offering competitive compensation and a strong benefits package. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an inside sales role and a proven ability to drive revenue and build customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage inbound and outbound sales activities to generate new business + Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients + Identify customer needs and provide tailored product/service solutions + Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics + Maintain accurate records of sales activity within CRM systems + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and order fulfillment

Qualifications:
