A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN ELECTRONICS SERVICE AND REPAIR TECHNICIAN

When our customers are having a bad day due to their dead car battery, losing their car keys, or breaking their phone, you get the chance to be the hero and press the reset on our customer's day! You have a passion for solving problems and making broken things work like new again! As you utilize your expertise to diagnose, repair, and resolve issues, you ensure that each customer feels valued and that our sales team feels confident in your abilities! In addition to saving our customer's day, you also have the opportunity to work in a customer-service environment where you can expand your skills. You learn how to provide support to our sales team with customer service, order management, store merchandising, and more! You find great satisfaction in helping customers find the correct solution to their battery, lighting, and cell phone problems. And, you love working with such a great team!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR ELECTRONICS SERVICE AND REPAIR TECHNICIAN

18 years or older High School diploma or equivalent Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation Physically capable of lifting 50+ Lbs on a regular basis Able to pass background check and drug test Open availability for scheduling Opening, Closing, and Weekend shifts Basic math skills including cash handling and inventory counting Computer Proficiency Customer Service and Repair Experience is Preferred No experience? Don't worry! We provide training in all areas of our business to help you become successful in the role. Do you have technical aptitude and the desire to help people solve problems? Are you trustworthy, flexible, and friendly? Do you have excellent communication skills? Are you a customer service Rockstar? WORK SCHEDULE

Our Electronics Service and Repair Technicians need to be available to work the following shifts: Opening Shifts Mid-day Shifts Closing Shifts Weekend Shifts The typical schedule for this position includes a variety of shifts across 5 working days with 2 days off each week. Need a weekend off? No problem, just switch shifts with someone or use some vacation time. As long as you are flexible, we are flexible!
