We're hiring a high-energy sales associate to turn local interest into trial classes and memberships. KidsUnited helps kids ages 2-9 build confidence, coordination, and life skills through soccer. This is a fast-paced, people-first role with a clear path to Assistant Manager within 6-12 months. What You'll Do Respond quickly to new leads and schedule free trial classes Follow up consistently with families via calls, texts, and CRM Build relationships with families and confidently guide them from trial class to membership Own the front-of-house experience: greet families, manage schedules and billing, and deliver standout customer service Support weekend events and community outreach What Success Looks Like Fast, consistent follow-up - no lead left behind Strong trial-to-membership conversions Positive, high-energy presence that families love Organized, reliable communication with the General Manager Schedule & Pay 20-35 hours/week (evenings + one weekend day required) Career path: Opportunity to advance to Assistant Manager with increased responsibility and pay within 6-12 months What We're Looking For Outgoing, confident communicator who enjoys connecting with families Highly organized and detail-oriented Dependable and accountable—you take ownership of your work Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with lots of activity Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles
