Job Description

At Rhino‑Back Roofing, we're a $35M+ residential roofing company in CT, RI, and Western MA. Retail roofing is our fastest growing division, and we're looking for top talent, A‑player closers to grow it.
What You'll Do:
Run pre‑scheduled, qualified in‑home roofing estimates Lead a structured, one‑call close using our proven sales system Present options, warranties, and financing so homeowners feel confident Follow up on near‑misses and turn "think it over" into "yes" Hand off clean jobs to a production team that fulfills what you promised
