Operating out of a beautifully restored 1950s ESSO service station on Main Street, we offer a boutique, hands-on car-buying experience that sets us apart from big-box dealerships. We're looking for an Automotive Sales & Client Experience Specialist to join our small, dedicated team. This is a true hands-on role — you'll be involved in every aspect of running an independent dealership, from client-facing sales to vehicle presentation to digital marketing. Compensation:
$60,000-$90,000+ annually (hourly base + performance bonus structure tied to team results) What You'll Do Deliver a hospitality-driven customer experience — in-person vehicle demonstrations, prompt responses to inquiries, and thoughtful follow-up to ensure every client is satisfied Bring strong product knowledge of our vehicles to every presentation; technical/mechanical experience is a plus Prepare vehicles for showings and customer hand-overs, ensuring every car presents at its best Manage online marketing efforts — social media, third-party listing sites, and our website Assist in resolving customer concerns promptly and professionally Help maintain facility and inventory presentation, including seasonal upkeep (especially during winter months) What We're Looking For Prior automotive or dealership experience preferred Strong communication skills and a genuine hospitality mindset Comfort with basic digital marketing/social media tools Self-starter who takes ownership of tasks without being asked twice Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record meeting company insurability standards Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) review, conducted in accordance with applicable federal and Connecticut state law What We Offer $60,000-$90,000+ annual earning potential (hourly pay + team performance bonus) Consistent 40-hour work week — one weekday off, closed Sundays Paid sick time and PTO accrual Hands-on training and a genuine path for career growth — this is a career, not just a job A close-knit team environment in a unique, historic dealership setting Apply today and become part of a dealership where your work directly shapes the customer experience and the business itself.
