This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to analyze information effectively. Experience in a medical office setting is preferred, as familiarity with medical terminology will be beneficial in assisting our callers. Duties Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a positive experience for all customers. Provide accurate information regarding services, appointments, and procedures while utilizing medical terminology when necessary. Perform data entry tasks efficiently to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries. Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as required. Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while communicating with customers, ensuring clarity and understanding. Assist bilingual customers by providing support in their preferred language when applicable. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably within a medical office environment. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping. Excellent verbal communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable. Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
