In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our customer base and increasing sales of spray foam insulation products. Your energetic approach to outside sales, combined with your expertise in business development and account management, will help us reach new markets and strengthen our presence in existing territories. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive sales professional to make a tangible impact by providing innovative insulation solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. The job can be 100% commission based depending on level of experience and jobs completed(Can be discussed further during interview). Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business opportunities within assigned territories. Conduct cold calls, generate leads, and follow up on prospects through effective lead management and CRM software utilization such as Salesforce. Present product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to educate clients on the benefits of spray foam insulation solutions. Manage existing accounts by nurturing relationships, upselling additional services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and increase brand awareness in target markets. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals efficiently while maintaining profitability. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline status, and territory management efforts to optimize performance. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a focus on business development or account management. Strong understanding of CRM software such as Salesforce for lead generation, pipeline management, and customer tracking. Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and technical presentations. Demonstrated success in territory management, cold calling, inside sales, and direct sales strategies. Exceptional analysis skills for evaluating market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities. Effective communication skills with a customer service-oriented mindset to foster long-term relationships. Knowledge of insulation products or construction materials is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
