Job Description

Coastal Bath Company Coastal Bath Company is hiring a Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team! This is primarily an inside sales position — not customer service. Success in this role requires a sales-focused mindset: you'll connect with homeowners over the phone, spark interest in our services, and set up consultations for our design team. If you're a natural communicator who loves a fast-paced, goal-driven environment, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do:

Make and take calls with homeowners, both inbound and outbound Handle objections and build trust to book consultations Keep accurate records in our CRM Complete paid training and apply it on the job

What We're Looking For:

A sales-driven mindset — comfortable persuading and closing, not just assisting Friendly, confident communicator Self-motivated with a positive attitude Comfortable handling objections and thinking on your feet Reliable and coachable
