Job Description :
Premier Community Association Management (PCAM) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Settlement / Resale Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing resale packages, lender questionnaires, settlement requests, and coordinating all aspects of community association closings through platforms such as CondoCerts. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, the ability to manage deadlines, and excellent communication with settlement attorneys, realtors, homeowners, lenders, and internal team members.
Key Responsibilities :
Process and manage resale disclosures, resale certificates, and lender questionnaires through CondoCerts Coordinate with title companies, realtors, lenders, attorneys, and homeowners regarding pending settlements Review governing documents, account balances, violations, and compliance items for resale preparation Ensure timely completion of all resale and settlement requests Maintain accurate records and tracking of active settlements and resale packages Assist with transfer of ownership documentation and onboarding of new owners Work closely with Community Managers and Accounting regarding account status and outstanding balances Monitor deadlines and prioritize high-volume requests efficiently
Qualifications :
Experience in community association management, real estate settlements, title work, or resale coordination preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently

$20.00 - $29.00 per hour
