What You'll Do Handle inbound calls and internet leads Schedule appointments and follow up with customers Build strong relationships and deliver a top-tier customer experience Maintain and update online vehicle listings Generate and track leads through CRM systems Communicate with customers via phone, email, and online platforms Support sales and service teams with follow-up and customer outreach Complete administrative tasks and reports as needed What We're Looking For Customer service or call center experience preferred Strong communication and phone skills Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and the internet Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Positive, energetic, and motivated personality Self-starter with a strong work ethic Flexible schedule (including evenings and weekends) High School Diploma or GED required Ready to Grow Your Career?
