Do you aspire to become a Hotel Sales Manager ? Pinnacle Hospitality Group is looking for an energetic, organized, and career-driven Sales & Catering Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in hotel sales, catering, event coordination, and revenue generation while working directly with an experienced Regional Director of Sales . This is more than a coordinator role — it is a career development opportunity for someone eager to learn the hotel business and grow into a future Sales Manager position . Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Support Support the company sales efforts in day-to-day sales activities and account management Assist with prospecting, lead generation, and client follow-up Coordinate group sales, meetings, local negotiated accounts, and catering inquiries Conduct hotel site tours and assist with sales presentations Maintain sales systems, CRM databases, reports, contracts, and account activity Assist with weekly sales reporting and revenue tracking Catering & Event Coordination Coordinate meetings, catering events, and group details from booking through execution Prepare proposals, contracts, rooming lists, and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) Work directly with guests and clients to confirm event details and expectations Partner with hotel operations teams to ensure successful event execution Communicate event needs effectively with Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams Professional Development Learn hotel sales strategy, business development, and market segmentation Gain exposure to corporate, leisure, government, sports, and group business segments Develop skills in relationship management, negotiations, and revenue growth Receive direct mentorship with a path toward future advancement in hotel sales leadership Qualifications Hospitality, hotel, restaurant, event planning, catering, or customer service experience preferred Sales experience is a plus, but not required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Self-motivated, professional, and eager to learn Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment What We're Looking For We are seeking someone who: Wants to build a career in hospitality sales Has aspirations of becoming a Hotel Sales Manager Is outgoing, relationship-oriented, and guest-focused Thrives in a team environment Is coachable, motivated, and eager to grow professionally Benefits Competitive Pay Paid Time Off Hotel Travel Discounts Professional Development & Growth Opportunities Mentorship from
