Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind building strong customer relationships, promoting our products and services, and expanding our market presence. Duties Strong verbal communication skills, bilingual in Spanish and English required. Professional demeanor and appearance, positive attitude, detail oriented, energetic, and exceptional customer service. Ability to work weekends when needed for sales appointments, open houses or to show homes. Comply with all legal requirements that apply to the sale of manufactured homes, including sales contracts. Develop expertise in areas such as the finance mortgage process, home product, local markets, and sales presentations skills. Develop a strategic sales and marketing plan to increase home sales activity, track prospects in Rent Manager, follow up on sales calls/emails, track market rates/trends and closing sales. Work with Managers to facilitate the setup of new/used homes and remodels. Provide excellent customer service Assist residents with any community issues Rent collection and scan checks to the bank Contact residents that have delinquent account balances Prepare and serve legal notices, periodic inspection of the property and ensure enforcement of the community's rules and regulations Screen resident applications and execute lease documents Be familiar with, understand, and comply with all laws and regulations relating to the operation of the property Working knowledge of Fair Housing Join us if you're passionate about sales, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a lively environment where your efforts directly contribute to success!
