We carry 30+ top brands — including Life Fitness, Precor, Hoist, True Fitness, Spirit, and BodyCraft — and sell to both home buyers and commercial clients across the Orlando metro. This is a sales role for someone who likes working with people, learning products, and earning commission on top of a steady hourly base. You'll work our showroom floor, help customers find the right equipment for their goals and budget, and close sales with a no-pressure, education-first approach. What you'll do:
  • Greet and work with showroom customers, understanding their fitness goals, space, and budget
  • Demonstrate equipment and explain features across our brand lineup (we'll train you on the products)
  • Build quotes, close sales, and follow up on leads
  • Support residential and light commercial customers from first visit through delivery
  • Keep the showroom floor clean, organized, and ready to sell
  • Hit individual and store sales goals What we're looking for:
  • 1-2 years of retail or sales experience (fitness, sporting goods, or big-ticket retail a plus)
  • Comfortable working on a commission structure and motivated by sales goals
  • Strong communication and people skills; reliable and punctual
  • Able to work a retail schedule including weekends
  • Able to lift and move equipment as needed on the showroom floor
  • High school diploma or equivalent Why work here:

Schedule:

$40,000.00
