Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and helping customers find the right solutions? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? If so, Outdoor Living Products is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team. As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our Outside Sales team, assisting customers, preparing quotes and orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from inquiry to delivery. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and contributing to a growing sales organization. Key Responsibilities Work directly with an assigned Outside Sales Representative to support customer accounts and sales activities. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Prepare accurate quotes, sales orders, and related documentation. Follow up on customer inquiries, quotes, and sales opportunities. Assist customers with product selection, pricing, availability, and order status. Communicate effectively with purchasing, operations, dispatch, receiving, and management to ensure customer expectations are met. Maintain accurate customer records and account information. Inform customers of new products, promotions, and company programs. Help generate sales opportunities through inbound inquiries, referrals, marketing efforts, and customer follow-up. Assist in resolving customer concerns and communicate issues to management when necessary. Support company sales initiatives and customer retention efforts. Attend training sessions, vendor presentations, and company meetings to expand product knowledge. Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing the company. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills. Sales-oriented mindset with a desire to help customers and grow business relationships. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems. Experience in building materials, lumber, outdoor living products, construction materials, wholesale distribution, or related industries is preferred but not required.
