This position plays a key role in handling inbound leads, communicating with customers via phone, text, and email, and setting appointments. Responsibilities Respond to incoming internet leads promptly through phone, text, and email Engage with customers to answer questions and provide accurate vehicle information Set and confirm appointments for the sales team Follow up with customers to maintain engagement and drive showroom visits Manage and update customer information in CRM Work with sales staff to assist showroom traffic when needed Perform post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve concerns Support daily dealership operations including inventory checks, appointment coordination, and customer logistics Requirements Strong communication skills (phone, text, and email) Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and willingness to learn CRM systems Customer service or sales experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus) Professional attitude and team-oriented mindset Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay plan (hourly + performance-based opportunities) Training provided Career growth opportunities within the dealership Supportive team environment Why Work at Mullinax Ford?
