Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales Development Representative role is based in Clearwater, FL. The Sales Development Representative will identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and targeted outreach to potential institutional clients. Responsibilities include researching prospective accounts, initiating contact via phone, email, and social channels, and scheduling discovery meetings or demos for the sales team. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, collaborating with sales and marketing on campaigns, and contributing to pipeline growth by consistently meeting activity and lead generation targets. The Sales Development Representative will also gather market feedback to help refine messaging and support overall business development efforts. Qualifications Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience in prospecting and qualifying opportunities. Effective Communication and Sales abilities, including clear written and verbal communication and confident client-facing interaction. Business Development skills to identify new markets, build relationships, and support long-term account growth. Proficiency with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms, and comfort working with data to track performance. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed activity and pipeline targets in a B2B environment, ideally in safety, security, or technology sectors. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple prospects and tasks. Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and account executives. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
