Part-time Job Description:

The Motorcoach Store is looking for professional and energetic candidates that strive to deliver a next level customer experience and satisfaction. Our host positions will involve providing informative tours of the dealership, engaging in conversation with guests and answering questions pertaining to The Motorcoach Store values and style of doing business. Training will be provided to navigate customer questions and hosts will have the full support of the sales team throughout the day. Previous RV experience would be a benefit to this role. Not required, but preferred.

Responsibilities:

Greeting Customers :

Welcome customers as they enter the dealership in a friendly and professional manner. This sets the tone for their experience and makes them feel valued.

Showing RV's :

One of the most rewarding aspects of a host and guest's day will be previewing our incredible inventory of RV's. Hosts will coordinate with the sales team to show RV's that are pre-selected to match up with our guest's wish list of layout, features and aesthetic. Assisting with

Inquiries :

Provide information about inventory availability, provide knowledgeable feedback about the products and services offered and answer questions or concerns to effectively assist customers.

Scheduling Appointments :

Coordinate appointments for test drives, vehicle service, and consultations with sales representatives or finance managers.

Managing Waiting Areas :

Ensure waiting areas are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained for customers who are waiting for assistance or service. Maintaining a

Uphold the dealership's reputation for excellent customer service by consistently delivering a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
