Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representive for our Roofing Company. The ideal candidate will possess a Go Getter attitude! Responsibilities Follow up on qualified residential leads provided by the company to present products/services and close sales contracts. Conduct needs assessments with prospective customers to recommend appropriate solutions and pricing options. Prepare, present, and negotiate sales contracts and agreements to secure profitable contracts Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and contracts in the CRM system. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process to ensure a smooth handoff after contract execution. Identify occasional upsell, referral, or business development opportunities within the assigned territory or existing customer base.
