About Us RA Royal is a fast-growing CBD and THC manufacturing company supplying high-quality products to smoke shops, distributors, and wholesalers across the U.S. We are expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to help grow our wholesale network. Position Overview We are seeking an outgoing and driven Sales Representative to actively sell our product line to smoke shops and wholesale clients. This is an outside sales role , meaning you will spend the majority of your time traveling, building relationships, and closing deals in the field. You will also represent RA Royal at trade shows across multiple states , helping expand brand visibility and secure new accounts. Key Responsibilities Travel to smoke shops, vape shops, and wholesalers to generate new business Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and wholesale clients Present and educate customers on RA Royal product lines Close sales and consistently meet or exceed sales targets Attend and represent the company at trade shows and industry events Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor products Qualifications Previous sales experience (preferred, but not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Comfortable with frequent travel (local + out-of-state trade shows) Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Experience in CBD, THC, smoke shop, or vape industry is a plus

Compensation & Benefits Base Pay:

$900 biweekly
