This role is responsible for building relationships with healthcare providers and key referral sources, maintaining consistent outreach, and executing sales and marketing strategies that drive new patient volume. This is a strong opportunity for someone who is polished, relationship-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, field-based role. Essential Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and healthcare providers within the assigned territory Execute territory sales strategies and marketing plans to support referral growth Conduct professional outreach and sales presentations with targeted customers Manage a consistent territory schedule with regular in-person visits and follow-up Track outreach, touchpoints, and outcomes accurately in the CRM Monitor territory performance against goals and adjust efforts as needed Represent the organization professionally and communicate value clearly and confidently Work closely with leadership to support business development goals and market growth Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills Excellent organization, time management, and follow-through Ability to manage a full territory schedule and adapt to changing priorities Confidence in asking for the business in a professional, respectful way Strong presentation and public speaking skills Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals Professional judgment, discretion, and accountability Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel Valid driver's license and good driving record Preferred Background Sales or marketing experience preferred Healthcare or pharmaceutical sales experience preferred, but not required Experience working in a relationship-driven, activity-based sales environment What Makes You a Great Fit You are self-motivated, resilient, and steady under pressure You build credibility quickly and maintain long-term relationships You are comfortable navigating gatekeepers and staying consistent with follow-up You are highly organized and disciplined with documentation and activity tracking You bring energy, professionalism, and strong follow-through to your work Work Environment Field-based role with regular travel throughout the assigned territory Up to 80% travel during the workweek Full-time schedule, minimum of 40 hours per week Florida AHCA / Background Screening Requirement This role requires background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse (AHCA) as part of the hiring process.
