Job Description
Counter Sales (Clewiston) Job Summary Bob Dean Supply is on the lookout for a dedicated and dynamic individual who is eager to learn and thrive in a team environment to enhance our Inside Sales team as a front counter representative. A background in industrial sales is preferred (steel, hardware, tools, pipe/pipe fittings, power transmission, or other.) We're committed to delivering unparalleled technical support, ensuring our customers have access to the necessary components precisely when they're needed and will provide training for new team members. General Accountabilities Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotes, and process customer orders Order and source products Interact with customers and purchasing team to obtain and fill orders correctly Proactively generate sales and promote Company products Projects a warm, inviting and trustworthy image on the phone Answers customer inquiries Research new product requests and write orders Assist with pulling inventory Assist with customer returns Troubleshoot customer concerns The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time
Job Qualifications Education:
High School Diploma or GED Experience:
