What You'll Do Assist customers in finding the right vehicle to fit their needs and budget. Build lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service. Conduct vehicle walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives. Explain vehicle features, technology, financing, and protection options. Follow up with leads, internet inquiries, and previous customers. Maintain accurate records in the dealership CRM system. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals. Deliver an outstanding customer experience from initial contact through vehicle delivery. What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required. Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and demeanor. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. High school diploma or equivalent.
