Summary We are seeking an Internet Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Space Coast Honda. In this role, you will be responsible for managing online inquiries and driving sales through digital channels. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing our customer engagement and expanding our market presence. Responsibilities Manage incoming internet leads and respond promptly to inquiries. Develop and maintain relationships with customers through email, chat, and phone communications. Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and sales progress. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from online inquiry to vehicle delivery. Deliver top-tier customer service and create a positive first impression of the dealership Your sole job is to create appointments and bring future customers to the dealership. No need to sell the vehicle, our salesmen will handle the rest. Requirements Proven experience in retail or automotive sales, preferably in an internet sales capacity. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with CRM software and online sales platforms is a plus. Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.
