Duties Engage with customers in retail stores and on the road to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services Conduct route driving to visit clients, deliver products, and maintain ongoing relationships Upsell additional products or services to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities Manage automobile transportation logistics, ensuring safe loading, unloading, and delivery of goods following safe lifting practices and heavy lifting protocols Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and personalized service Follow DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations during all driving activities to ensure safety and compliance Utilize organizational skills to manage schedules, route planning, and inventory merchandising efficiently Assist with pricing strategies by understanding market trends and customer budgets Perform basic math calculations for transactions, pricing adjustments, and inventory management Maintain clear client communication by providing product information, answering questions, and resolving issues promptly Experience Prior retail store experience or direct customer service background preferred Experience in commercial driving or commercial truck driving highly desirable Knowledge of pricing strategies and upselling techniques beneficial Familiarity with automobile transportation logistics is a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to safety protocols Basic math skills necessary for transactions and inventory management Organizational skills to manage routes, schedules, and product merchandising effectively Join us as a Sales Representative and become part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while advancing your career in sales!
