Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate all aspects of catering orders, from initial inquiry to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and upsell additional services or menu options Communicate clearly with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service Answer telephones and direct inquiries in a professional and client centric manner. Maintain confidential clients' files. Work effectively and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, school personnel, administrators, student's parents and Supervisor. Complete and maintain accurate and up to date records. Enter weekly cash sales and meal counts using computer. Perform daily bank deposit reconciliation. Process vendor invoices for payment - using computer, making sure addition is correct and checking item prices against bid specifications, making sure there is no discrepancy in pricing. Perform monthly vendor statement reconciliation. Prepare monthly state claim form for reimbursement. Assist in preparation of end of month financial reports. Attend in-service and/or safety meetings as required. Maintain clean and safe work environment; ability to perform job safely. Performs other duties as assigned. Wears assigned uniform. Uniform is clean and wrinkle free. Requirements Proven experience in sales, customer service, or event coordination within a catering or food service environment Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and vendors Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple orders and schedules simultaneously Basic math skills for pricing calculations and inventory management Knowledge of merchandising techniques to enhance product presentation and upselling opportunities Military experience or background is a plus, demonstrating discipline and leadership qualities Join us as a Catering Coordinator where your energy fuels unforgettable events!
