Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of various devices and plans Assist customers with selecting the right products, upselling additional services or accessories to enhance their experience Manage merchandising displays, stock shelves, and ensure the store remains organized and inviting Handle cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash handling and cashiering duties Provide excellent phone etiquette when responding to inquiries or scheduling appointments Support team members with supervising tasks as needed, ensuring smooth store operations and excellent customer service Requirements Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (or other relevant languages) to effectively communicate with diverse customers Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a grocery store or electronics environment Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and basic retail math for transactions and inventory management Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional phone manner Demonstrated ability to upsell products and services confidently Supervising experience is a plus, showing leadership in team settings Knowledge of merchandising, stocking procedures, and customer service best practices Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly Join us to be part of a vibrant team that values energetic engagement, clear communication, and dedicated customer service.
