Compensation Commission Only Tier Structure:

5% → 6% → 7% Promotion at $500K → Sales Consultant Do NOT Apply If You avoid coaching or correction You want guaranteed income You're comfortable staying average You don't want to be held accountable Bottom Line We are not building appointment setters.
