Dania Beach, Florida Label It is looking for a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. We specialize in custom printed labels, blank labels, stickers, label printers, ribbons, and complete labeling solutions for businesses. This is a primarily in-office sales position that also includes local travel to meet with existing and prospective customers . We're looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, developing new business, building strong customer relationships, and closing sales. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate new business Prospect and develop new customer accounts Follow up consistently with leads and sales opportunities Travel locally to visit existing and prospective customers Meet with customers to understand their labeling and printing needs Recommend the right products and solutions for each customer Prepare quotes and follow up through closing Sell custom printed labels, blank labels, stickers, ribbons, label printers, and related supplies Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers Provide excellent customer service and follow up on orders Keep organized records of leads, calls, quotes, customer visits, and sales activity Work with management to identify new sales opportunities and grow the business What We're Looking For Strong communication and phone skills Friendly, confident, and professional personality Self-motivated and comfortable making outbound sales calls Comfortable meeting customers face-to-face and traveling locally Strong follow-up and organizational skills Ability to build long-term relationships with business customers Previous sales experience preferred B2B sales experience is a plus Experience in labels, printing, packaging, food service, or manufacturing is a plus, but not required Willingness to learn our products and industry Compensation Base salary plus commission Opportunity to earn more by developing new business Opportunity for growth within the company Work Location Dania Beach, Florida - primarily in-office with local customer visits as needed If you're motivated, enjoy talking to customers, and want an opportunity where you can build relationships, develop new accounts, and be rewarded for growing sales, we'd like to hear from you.
