Responsibilities Develop and nurture relationships with dental office managers, dentists, and staff through regular visits and professional communication Conduct engaging product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of dental practices, highlighting benefits and features of our offerings such as conducting health fairs and community events Identify new sales opportunities by analyzing market trends and understanding client requirements in the dental industry Manage accounts efficiently by providing ongoing support, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction Negotiate terms of sales agreements to secure mutually beneficial partnerships while maintaining professionalism and transparency Present detailed product information using tools like Microsoft PowerPoint or Word to educate clients about new innovations or updates Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions using organizational skills and analysis techniques Skills Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively while building trust with clients Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales, particularly within medical or dental sectors is highly desirable Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate product benefits and respond to client inquiries confidently Demonstrated ability in account management, ensuring long-term client retention and satisfaction Skilled in conducting product demos that highlight technical features relevant to dental professionals' needs Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and foster positive relationships with clients and team members Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, along with analysis skills for market research and sales tracking Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple accounts efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience in outside sales roles with a focus on medical or pharmaceutical products is a plus Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and client support This role offers an energetic environment where your efforts directly contribute to the success of our company while supporting the health of communities through improved dental care.
