We are looking for a polished, energetic, bilingual (English/Spanish) professional who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and creating new business opportunities in the field. This is not a desk job. This role is ideal for someone who likes being out in the market, connecting with local businesses, growing a network, and increasing income through performance.

What You'll Do:

Build relationships with plumbers, property managers, and other local referral partners Visit offices and businesses in person daily Maintain a high-activity field schedule with daily in-person business visits Generate new partnerships and recurring opportunities Follow up by phone, text, and email Represent our company professionally in the market Track meetings, leads, and growth activity

Ideal Candidate:

Fluent English & Spanish (required) Strong communication and people skills Professional appearance and attitude Self-motivated and dependable Comfortable working in the field daily Comfortable introducing yourself to new businesses and building rapport quickly Organized with strong follow-up habits Reliable transportation Sales, hospitality, leasing, insurance, or networking experience preferred

Compensation:

Base Salary Commission Bonuses Unlimited earning potential $50,000 base salary with top performers earning $75,000 to $150,000+ annually based on performance.
