Inside Sales Rep - Entry Level

This employee increases revenue by responding to incoming and/or initiating outgoing customer inquiries; using company resources, policies, and procedures to provide complete, accurate data. Ensure patient contact is handled with accuracy and operational effectiveness Promote products, thoroughly explaining product and/or services, benefits, and assisting with facilitating physician communication as necessary Resolve customer concerns Record customer information by obtaining, entering, and verifying required data Provide customer follow-up as required Contribute to departmental objectives through tracked contact and sales results #CC 1-2 years inside sales experience required Prior health care and/or medical experience preferred Must be able to type at least 25-30 wpm

Education:

High school diploma or GED required
