This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and expand business relationships with other organizations, driving revenue growth through strategic sales efforts. As a key player in our sales force, you will leverage your negotiation, communication, and business development skills to identify new prospects, nurture existing accounts, and close high-value deals. This position is ideal for motivated sales professionals eager to earn based on their performance and make a significant impact in the B2B marketplace. You will introduce local employers to ARCpoint's full suite of services:

• Pre-employment drug testing
• Random drug & alcohol programs
• Post-offer & annual compliance testing
• Onsite/mobile testing programs Duties Prospect, contact, and meet with local employers Build relationships with safety managers, HR directors, staffing agencies, and operations leaders Introduce ARCpoint's employer testing and compliance programs Schedule demos, onsite visits, and quotes Generate new employer accounts Work closely with leadership to structure employer programs Attend industry networking events Manage your own book of business with full autonomy Skills Proven experience in B2B sales or related fields with a strong track record of achieving targets.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence decision-makers confidently. Strong business development abilities with a focus on expanding client portfolios. Familiarity with marketing strategies that support sales growth and brand positioning. This is a commission-only position designed for a "hunter" who wants unlimited earning potential.
