In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional sales support and assistance. The ideal candidate will possess strong English & Spanish communication skills, a customer-focused sales mindset, and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently. This position requires proficiency in English & Spanish, with bilingual or multilingual abilities being a significant advantage. Responsibilities . Sales consultant calls inbound and outbound calls, Cold Calling. Provide information regarding products and services to customers. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Utilize computer systems to input data and analyze customer needs. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience. Follow up on customer feedback to ensure satisfaction. Requirements Proficient in English and Spanish; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus. Previous experience in a call center or customer sales support role is preferred. Strong computer skills, including familiarity with office software and databases. Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette. Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Strong typing skills for efficient data entry during calls. A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
