Job Description We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in automotive sales and be fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Responsibilities Assist customers throughout the car buying process, from initial contact to final sale Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our inventory and vehicle features Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and follow-up Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets Ensure all paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and efficiently Maintain the highest levels of professionalism and customer service Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in car sales (used or new vehicles) Fluency in both English and Spanish is required Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Valid driver's license and clean driving record Schedule Monday to
