Front Desk and Sales Coordinator The Recharging Room Doral, FL Job Details Part-time $15 - $18 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health savings account 401(k) Qualifications Fitness sales Content marketing TikTok Med spa experience Instagram Full Job Description Join The Recharging Room Team (Coral Gables / Doral) We are a wellness and IV therapy suite in Miami looking for a Front Desk Sales Coordinator to help us grow our client base and deliver an elevated experience. This is NOT a typical front desk role. We are looking for someone who is confident, fast-paced, and knows how to turn inquiries into booked clients.
Your Main Role:
Convert leads into bookings and help drive daily revenue.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Conversion (Primary Focus)
  • Respond to all Instagram, TikTok, and text inquiries quickly
  • Follow up with potential and past clients daily
  • Help clients book appointments and guide them to the right services
  • Promote packages, memberships, and specials
  • Re-engage past clients ("We miss you" outreach)
  • Client Experience & Operations
  • Manage and optimize the daily schedule (fill gaps)
  • Confirm appointments and maintain smooth flow
  • Assist with front desk duties when needed
  • Maintain organized client notes and follow-ups
  • Light Marketing Support
  • Post pre-made content on social media
  • Respond to comments and DMs
  • Support promotions, events, and collaborations Be willing to reach out to surrounding businesses in order to acquire collaborations.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in sales, front desk, med spa, fitness studio, or salon Strong communication skills (especially texting and DMing clients) Comfortable selling and making recommendations Fast responder and organized Positive energy and professional appearance T his
Role Is NOT For:
Someone who just wants to "check people in" Someone uncomfortable with sales Slow responders or low-energy individuals
Compensation:
Hourly:
$15-$18/hour (based on experience)PLUS commission on bookings and packages sold Will alternate between
Locations:
Coral Gables (Salons by JC - Suite #12) Doral (some flexibility may be required) Part-time (approx. 20-25 hours/week)
Growth Opportunity:
This role has the potential to grow into a full-time position with increased responsibility and earnings as the business expands.
Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
