Our company has experienced rapid growth, and we are exponentiating our sales force. We have excellent customer service and back-office support to ensure our customers are happy and our employees are fully supported to achieve success. We primarily service the main four South Florida counties including Miami Dade, Broward, West Palm and Monroe counties. We offer several financing plans to assist customers with their home improvement projects. Our company is looking for motivated and ambitious individuals with prior sales experience, who can explain the products, persuade customers, explain the remodeling process and assist them with the financial plans that we also offer. (Confirmed appointments provided). We are seeking team members who strive for excellence and would like to growth on par with our organization.
Position:
Home Improvement Sales Representative $75K
  • 150K High-Quality Leads provided
Daily Qualifications:
1 year of sales experience is recommended, preferably in-Home Residential Sales Experience. (However, not mandatory). Well versed on explaining financing plans to customers. Goal oriented, self-motivated and reliable individuals. Comfortable with closing deals on one to two appointments. Must have your own dependable, reliable transportation Must be able to pass a background check You must have a Driver's License (Required) Essential Duties and responsibilities: Conduct in-home sales, providing our company, product and remodeling process Generate estimates and keep up with your customer follow ups Establish rapport with customers Applying sales closing techniques, offering solutions to customers' objections Organizational skills in the accurate completion of documents which include estimates, contracts, financing documents and permit information. Provide the best customer service with full customer satisfaction through their entire project process, from the first visit until completion.
