SHX Shop Fitting Sales Representative About SHX SHX is a specialist provider of shop fitting and retail display solutions, delivering custom-made fixtures, commercial furniture, merchandising systems, and complete retail environments for brands, retailers, and commercial projects worldwide. We combine design expertise, manufacturing capabilities, and project management to help our clients create engaging retail spaces that enhance customer experience and support business growth. Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Shop Fitting Sales Representative to expand our international customer base and strengthen relationships with existing clients. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, manage customer accounts, and promote SHX's shop fitting and retail fixture solutions across diverse market sectors. This role is ideal for a sales professional who understands retail environments, commercial interiors, store fixtures, or custom manufacturing projects and enjoys working with international customers. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the retail, commercial, and shop fitting sectors. Build and maintain long-term relationships with retailers, brands, contractors, architects, designers, and distributors. Generate and qualify leads through networking, prospecting, and market research. Present SHX products and services, including custom retail fixtures, displays, shelving systems, counters, and store furniture. Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers tailored to customer requirements. Manage projects from initial inquiry through quotation, negotiation, order confirmation, and delivery. Collaborate with design, engineering, production, and project management teams to ensure successful project execution. Attend industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings when required. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities. Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth strategy. Requirements Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management. Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated and results-oriented approach. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in shop fitting, retail fixtures, interior fit-out, furniture manufacturing, construction, or related industries is highly desirable. Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. Understanding of international business and export sales is an advantage.
