Overview Join our dynamic team as a Roofing Consultant and become a vital part of transforming homes and commercial properties with expert roofing solutions. Responsibilities Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including cold calling, lead generation, and territory management to identify new business opportunities. Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase roofing solutions effectively. Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, upselling additional services or products, and maintaining strong client relationships. Develop strategic marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and generate new leads within assigned territories. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track customer interactions, manage sales pipelines, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while ensuring company profitability. Collaborate with management on sales strategies, territory expansion plans, and market analysis to maximize growth potential. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or technical sales within the roofing or construction industry is highly preferred, with relationships in the markekt already established. Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and account oversight effectively. Demonstrated success in business development, lead generation, and direct sales activities. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and sales processes. Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-focused approach to service delivery. Ability to perform product demos confidently and clearly communicate technical information to diverse audiences. Exceptional analysis skills for evaluating market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
