HVAC SALES
professional to join our growing team! In this role, you will drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and providing expert guidance on HVAC solutions. Your energetic approach and technical knowledge will help you build lasting partnerships with clients, ensuring they receive tailored heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems that meet their needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead territory management efforts, develop strategic sales plans, and contribute to the success of our company's expansion in the HVAC industry. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand HVAC product and service offerings within assigned territories. Engage in proactive outside sales activities, including cold calling, lead generation, and direct outreach to prospective clients. Manage existing accounts through effective account management strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to educate clients on HVAC solutions. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals that align with company goals while delivering value. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business development efforts. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and offering tailored solutions that meet their specific needs. Maintain detailed records of territory activities, including sales reports, customer feedback, and market trends for analysis purposes. Lead territory management initiatives by identifying new market opportunities and expanding the reach of our HVAC products through strategic planning. Proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales within the HVAC or related technology sectors. Strong management skills with a focus on business development and account management. Demonstrated success in territory management, lead generation, and direct sales strategies. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for tracking sales activities. Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-centric approach to service delivery. Ability to conduct product demos effectively and upsell additional solutions when appropriate. Strong analysis skills to interpret market data and identify new opportunities for growth. Exceptional communication skills for engaging clients across various channels including inside sales efforts like cold calling. Knowledge of marketing principles relevant to technology sales and retail environments is a plus.
