Optical Sales Consultant - No Experience Necessary, We Will Train You

We're a private, doctor-owned optical practice in Gainesville and we're looking to add someone to our team who's just good with people. That's really the main thing. No experience in optical necessary — honestly we prefer it that way. We'll teach you everything you need to know about frames, lenses, and how we do things here. What we're looking for is someone who's naturally outgoing, picks things up fast, and takes some pride in doing their job well. This starts part-time with real room to grow — both in hours and in pay — depending on how you do. You'd be a good fit if: You're a people person, not just on paper You like being busy and hate standing around You want your effort to actually show up in your paycheck You take direction well but don't need to be micromanaged Day to day you'd be: Helping patients pick out frames and understand their lens options Keeping the floor looking sharp Being a face of the practice — we take that seriously We're a small team and we're selective about who we bring on.
