What you'll be doing: Work one-on-one with customers to assess their needs Guide customers through a structured, consultative sales process Educate customers on how foot health impacts overall alignment and comfort Deliver a high-level, professional, and caring experience Meet and exceed individual performance goals This is not a transactional retail role. We are looking for candidates with: 2+ years of consultative or performance-driven sales experience A proven ability to close sales and succeed in a commission-based environment Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills A positive, outgoing personality with a genuine desire to help others A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and be coached A professional appearance and demeanor Why you'll love working here: Average Annual Earnings of $65,000
