We help service providers create subscription plans and collect automatic recurring payments, so they can stop chasing invoices and grow their business on autopilot. The Role We're hiring a full-time Outbound Sales Representative to be on the phones all day signing up new users to Subliy. This is a high-volume calling role — you'll be reaching out to home service business owners across the country, pitching the platform, and getting them onboarded. If you love talking to people, thrive on hitting numbers, and want uncapped commission, this is for you. What You'll Do Make a high volume of outbound calls every day to home service business owners Pitch Subliy and explain how it solves their billing headaches Walk prospects through a quick product demo over the phone Get new users signed up and onboarded onto the platform Follow up with leads via email and text to close deals Track your calls, leads, and conversions in our CRM Hit daily call quotas and monthly sign-up targets What We're Looking For Comfortable spending the full day on the phone Strong communicator with a confident, friendly phone presence Thick-skinned — you can handle rejection and keep dialing Self-motivated and competitive Organized enough to manage a pipeline of leads Bilingual English/Spanish is a big plus (many of our customers are Latino-owned businesses) Previous sales, telemarketing, or call center experience preferred but not required Compensation & Benefits Competitive base pay Uncapped commission on every new user you sign up Full-time, in-office role Opportunity to grow with an early-stage SaaS company Schedule Monday to Friday Full-time, in-person at our office How to Apply Apply through Indeed with your resume and a short note about your sales or phone experience.
