Job Description

We're Hiring:
In-House Sales Representative (Regenerative Medicine) Body Rejuvenation | Hallandale Beach We're looking for an experienced in-house sales representative who can confidently educate and guide patients through advanced regenerative medicine and wellness therapies. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, emotionally intelligent, high-energy, and genuinely passionate about helping people improve their quality of life. You're a fit if you: Are confident speaking with patients about health, wellness, and longevity Know how to build trust without sounding pushy Understand consultative selling and emotional connection Thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment Are motivated, organized, and results-driven Have interest or experience in regenerative medicine, aesthetics, or wellness
Responsibilities:
Follow up with leads and convert consultations into treatment plans Educate patients on therapies including PRP, exosomes, stem cells, peptides, IV therapies, and longevity programs Build strong patient relationships through empathy and communication Coordinate consultations with providers and clinical staff Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems Help patients understand treatment plans, pricing, and financing options Maintain consistent communication throughout the patient journey Support social media and marketing initiatives when needed Bonus if you're comfortable on camera or creating educational/social content. This is not a cold-calling sales floor. This is relationship-driven sales in a high-end regenerative medicine clinic. If you can combine confidence, empathy, and communication — you'll thrive here.
Pay:
$45,145.11 - $54,368.30 per year
