Sales Associate We are looking for an Sales Consultant to drive top line growth (sales) and be a key contributor to the Valrose Family. With a focus on durability and innovative design, we're a trusted partner for businesses and homeowners across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. As we expand our B2B and retail presence, we're seeking a driven Sales/Business Development Associate to lead our growth and bring our premium shade structures to new clients.
Responsibilities include:
Join our dynamic team to drive sales and build partnerships in the booming outdoor living industry. As a Sales/Business Development Associate, you'll spearhead our B2B and retail growth by connecting with top landscape contractors, property developers, and homeowners across South Florida. If you're passionate about sales, relationship-building, and innovative outdoor solutions, this is your chance to shine!
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow B2B partnerships with landscape contractors, architects, and developers, while expanding retail sales to homeowners. Prospect, pitch, and close deals for our premium aluminum canopies, pergolas, and cabanas, showcasing their hurricane-resistant, eco-friendly, and customizable features. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with our design and installation teams to deliver tailored solutions that exceed client expectations. Stay informed about South Florida's market trends to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
2+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in B2B or retail within landscaping, construction, outdoor living, or related industries. Strong networking and negotiation skills, with a hunter mentality for prospecting and closing deals. Knowledge of South Florida's market, with existing connections to landscape contractors, developers, or HOAs a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering value-driven solutions. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a focus on results. Competitive Total Compensation (Base + Commission): $45,000 - 150,000 a year Paid Holidays, sick days, and vacation
