Position Overview The Community Sales Advisor is a local ambassador for Fiber Now — connecting residents and communities with the fastest fiber technology available. This role blends grassroots engagement with strategic sales execution to expand Fiber Now's reach, drive subscriber growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll work hands-on in neighborhoods, apartment complexes, and community events — building relationships, explaining our products, and helping customers make the switch to fiber. Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Subscriber Growth:
Generate new residential sales through door-to-door interactions, community events, and other direct sales initiatives with property managers and HOAs.Execute Sales Strategy:
Carry out assigned territory sales plans and initiatives to drive awareness, engagement, and subscriber growth across targeted communities.- Engage the
Community:
Represent Fiber Now at community registration events, townhall events, and door-to-door initiatives — educating potential customers on the benefits of our services.Build Relationships:
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with community residents and property managers.- Deliver a
Great Experience:
Guide customers through the purchase and installation process, ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.Stay Ahead:
Maintain in-depth product knowledge, stay informed on competitor offerings, and identify local trends to refine your approach.- Collaborate for
Impact:
Work collaboratively with team members and the Director of Consumer Sales to ensure alignment on goals, sales strategies, and execution. What Success Looks Like- Exceeding individual and territory sales goals
- Increasing overall community penetration and awareness
- Achieving high customer satisfaction scores post-installation
- As penetration and upsell initiatives expand, generating customer referrals to drive additional subscriber growth
- Building strong partnerships that create long-term brand loyalty What You Bring
- 1+ year experience in direct sales, door-to-door, or community-based outreach (telecom or home services preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work effectively under direction while collaborating closely with other team members in the field
- Comfortable executing grassroots sales efforts, engaging directly with residents, and representing Fiber Now within assigned communities
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per yearBenefits:
